RA/00000-01 is the Regulated Agent; ED/0717 is the Expiry Date; SM/XRY concerns the methodology used to carry out the security info check (Screening Method).

SM Security check method is mandatory in case of direct shipment(NO HAWB)

Moreover, it is possible to add some optional information concerning security.

SN is the name of the Security Info Check Agent. SD is the Security Date (the date the check has been completed.)

In case the Forwarder delegates a third party for the security checks (Account Consignor), it has to be indicated by entering AC as a [Customs Information Identifier.]{.underline} In addition, the name of the Consignor can be entered in the section Supplementary Customs Information.

Delegation

Sending Security Info data can be delegated at a third ecosystem user with the following syntax:

YYY is the SmartCity code of delegated user.
